Job description

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant based in the Philippines who is sharp, proactive, and reliable. You’ll work directly with the business owner to help manage tasks, organize priorities, and oversee a small remote team (2–3 people). This is not just an admin role—we need someone who can think, lead, and follow through to get things done and help grow the business. You’ll handle everything the owner doesn’t have time for—from email follow-ups and task management to helping move forward projects like website development, SEO, customer communication, and day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business owner with daily admin and task management
  • Monitor and respond to emails; flag urgent items and draft replies when needed
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to keep the business running smoothly
  • Help manage and coordinate a small remote team (2–3 people), making
  • sure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed
  • Keep everyone busy and aligned with business goals
  • Assist with invoice tracking, vendor payments, and light bookkeeping
  • Own recurring tasks and small projects—handle them with care and consistency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members via email and video
  • Assist with ongoing website development and SEO work (you don’t need to be an expert, just organized and resourceful)
  • Conduct research and provide clear, summarized recommendations when needed
  • Keep systems, files, and task boards organized and up to date
  • Handle issues and solve problems before they reach the owner

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive—able to take initiative and figure things out
  • Comfortable managing people and keeping a team accountable
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience with admin support, project coordination, or team management (remote experience is a plus)
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, etc.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet place to work full-time
  • Trustworthy and committed—looking for someone long-ter

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Experience with website management, SEO, or e-commerce
  • Background in customer service or operations
  • Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, or Canva

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $8-$10/hr
