Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for an Enterprise Architect to be responsible for aligning business strategy with advanced cloud and enterprise architecture solutions, including hybrid and multi-tier environments. This role requires a CISSP, ITIL, FOCP certification, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with responsibilities including defining a strategic technology roadmap and guiding organizational transformation toward a future-state architecture. 

The EA supports strategic business planning by evaluating current capabilities and identifying opportunities to modernize and enhance IT systems. They help define a target state that aligns with core missions and services, using best-in-class technologies to improve performance and efficiency. The EA also develops a strategic roadmap to guide the organization through a structured transformation, ensuring prioritization and sequencing of initiatives for maximum impact. 

• Must have the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL certification, Cloud FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP) 
• Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field 
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
• Must be willing and able to work remotely
• Must be willing and able to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
