Clinical Pharmacist (Arizona)

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Arizona-licensed Pharmacist to support our client's oncology pharmacy operations through December 2025. While oncology board certification is not required, prior experience in oncology is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter oncology treatment plans into the system.
  

• Review Cycle 1 Day 1 (C1D1) orders for accuracy and completeness.
  

• Perform general verification of oncology medication orders.
  

• Provide support and troubleshooting in collaboration with nursing staff regarding treatment protocols and medication issues.
  

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
  

• Prior oncology pharmacy experience preferred (board certification not required).
  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify complex treatment regimens.
  

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clinical staff.
