Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Assistant to help build and manage the digital presence for an emerging public speaking professional. You’ll play a crucial role in establishing her brand across social media platforms and maintaining her professional website. This position offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic social media management, and website administration. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
  
• Create engaging, on-brand content for social media posts and campaigns
  
• Update and maintain website content on the Squarespace platform
  
• Publish information about speaking engagements, events, and professional activities
  
• Develop content that aligns with health, wellness, pharmacy, and women empowerment themes
  
• Support overall brand awareness initiatives and online visibility efforts
  
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to ensure content reflects her voice and mission
  
• Monitor social media engagement and help build community around her brand
  

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
  
• Strong graphic design skills for creating compelling social media content
  
• Experience with Squarespace platform for website content management (preferred)
  
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
  
• Knowledge or familiarity with healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, or women empowerment topics (highly valued)
  
• Basic understanding of personal branding and digital marketing strategies
