Job Description

Reflex Marine is looking for flexible , energetic supply & logistic professional to join an experienced team supporting our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the replacement parts and finished goods customer requirements.
  • Working closely with the business commercial team and our manufacturing partners to fulfil our customers needs.
  • Manage customer communications on daily issues and resolutions.
  • Processing customer quotations.
  • Process and maintain Purchase orders and production orders with our manufacturing partners
  • Manage production planning and stock builds.
  • Organise deliveries using freight forwarders and international couriers
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Assist Supply Managers as and when necessary and provide cover as required throughout the department in the case of absence.

Experience in all areas not essential as training will be provided.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • An understanding of logistics and supply chain
  • Able to manage a varied workload at a fast pace
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Experience in ERP System but not essential.
  • Flexible,  self-motivated and positive
