About MGA Behavior Therapy

MGA Behavior Therapy was founded to deliver high-quality, timely therapies for children in need. As part of MGA Homecare, we offer ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapies—all under one roof to ensure collaborative, patient-centered care.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an In-Clinic or In-Home BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs, deliver evidence-based treatment, and ensure quality care for a caseload of 10–15 patients. This position has remote opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training.
  • Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.
  • Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.
  • Ensure high standards of care through data collection, fidelity checks, and note review.
  • Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGA’s professional culture.

Additional Information

What You'll Bring

  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification with BACB
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population, and 1+ year in ABA
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong skills in early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), and reporting
