Your mission...
A day in the life of  Sales FP&A Controller (m/f/d)  with ProGlove will be mostly about being a strong link between Finance and Sales, helping us achieve our Topline targets. You will provide the company with decision-making support by sharing financial insights and modeling our revenue given different hypotheses and scenarios. 

We’re dedicated to finding someone who is passionate about data and curious to see what lies beneath it. Ideally, you are interested in solving and communicating complex problems clearly and you aspire to have ownership of data from end to end. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics

• Business Partnership - collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making 
• Communication – target audience Management, Budget holders and Investors
• Financial modeling - take over responsibility for financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling 
• Planning and financial analysis - prepare and analyze financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors 
• Data analysis – translates analysis into clear data- driven storylines and insights
• Project Management – run medium-sized projects that improve our ability to make better data driven insights or make the company more efficient 
• Cost Management - knowledge of cost allocation methods, cost control techniques, and cost reduction strategies

Overall, this is what we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a strong growth environment 
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Have a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
• Ability to navigate Excel at an intermediate level 
• Business fluent in English, both written and verbally
