Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. This position ensures smooth scheduling, candidate communication, document management, and system updating in alignment with service-level targets and recruitment KPIs. It is essential to the success of a fast-paced recruitment team supporting high-volume hiring across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics, assessment details, and status updates.

  • Perform timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.

  • Prepare and process pre-employment documents such as background checks, contract preparation, and pre-onboarding requirements.

  • Maintain proper recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and data privacy standards.

  • Provide support in job postings, sourcing events, and talent marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment operations and candidate experience.

  • Assist in talent analytics reporting by consolidating recruitment performance data.

Qualifications
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of ATS or recruitment systems is a plus.

  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or any HR-related function.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Tenure:

  • Temporary, 12-month contract (renewable based on performance and project continuation).
