The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful recruiting strategies, developing a network of suitable candidates, and negotiating with potential hires. The HR Executive will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as record-keeping and drafting job descriptions. Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. They should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
