Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition in Mumbai. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-house recruitment to fill open positions within the organization
Designing and implementing effective recruitment systems for the company
Developing your own network of suitable candidates
Hiring candidates from job portals, like Naukri and LinkedIn
Maintaining accurate records and handling team for administrative tasks
Working with other stakeholders/HOD's to create effective recruitment plans
Executing those plans efficiently and effectively
Drafting and posting job descriptions
Interviewing candidates and evaluating their suitability for each position
Networking with educational institutions and social media platforms
Negotiating with candidates to create mutually beneficial hiring agreements
Managing the employee onboarding process
Lead the Team HR TA HH to fulfill the requirements
Creating SOP for Recruitment Cycle
Creating Manuals for Digitization of HR database
Hand on using Application Tracking Systems
Implementing the new ideas of sourcing and should be result oriented.
