Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition in Mumbai. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting in-house recruitment to fill open positions within the organization
  2. Designing and implementing effective recruitment systems for the company
  3. Developing your own network of suitable candidates
  4. Hiring candidates from job portals, like Naukri and LinkedIn
  5. Maintaining accurate records and handling team for administrative tasks
  6. Working with other stakeholders/HOD's to create effective recruitment plans
  7. Executing those plans efficiently and effectively
  8. Drafting and posting job descriptions
  9. Interviewing candidates and evaluating their suitability for each position
  10. Networking with educational institutions and social media platforms
  11. Negotiating with candidates to create mutually beneficial hiring agreements
  12. Managing the employee onboarding process
  13. Lead the Team HR TA HH to fulfill the requirements
  14. Creating SOP for Recruitment Cycle
  15. Creating Manuals for Digitization of HR database
  16. Hand on using Application Tracking Systems
  17. Implementing the new ideas of sourcing and should be result oriented.
