Job description

As Sales Executive in Recapita Finance , your key responsibilities would include:

  1. Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
  2. Coordinate customer walk in branch. Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
  3. 6. Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
  4. Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure that customer does not cross 30 DPD bucket.
  5. Follow up with customer for timely interest collection.
  6. Manage Related MIS.
  7. Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
  8. Customer Support / Service as required.
Required skills:

  1. 1+ years of sales and marketing experience in relevant field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Knowledge in MS Office.
