Job description

At Azura Living, we're transforming the culture of care with compassion, kindness, and innovation. We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and support critical HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll, including timecards, adjustments, and tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, employee data updates, and terminations in HRIS and related systems.
  • Maintain I9 records, audit employee files, and coordinate training compliance.
  • Train leadership on payroll processes and support company audits.
  • Handle clerical tasks, manage office supplies, and process mail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Significant payroll processing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
