Job description

This Am Law 100 law firm is seeking an Intake Analyst to join their team. In this role, the Intake Analyst will play a key part in supporting the firm's operations by researching legal entities for potential new business, conducting searches in the conflicts database, generating detailed reports of findings, and providing guidance on intake policies and procedures. The position may require occasional weekend and holiday on-call coverage for time-sensitive requests.

This hybrid role can be based out of the Boston, NY or Washington, D.C. office, offers a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 as well as fantastic benefits!

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in conflicts analysis within a law firm environment.
A strong understanding of conflict rules under the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Proficiency in MS Office, Intapp, CapIQ, and Lexis Nexis.
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
