What You Will Be Doing

Architect and evolve sophisticated AI-driven test automation frameworks that scale with our growing product ecosystem
Leverage generative AI technologies to analyze test results, identify defect patterns, and deliver data-driven quality improvement recommendations
Create AI models capable of simulating complex user behaviors, stress conditions, and edge cases to proactively identify potential product vulnerabilities

Quality Assurance Developer Key Responsibilities

Safeguard product quality through innovative AI-powered automation strategies, comprehensive quality audits, and intelligent monitoring systems that ensure consistently exceptional releases

Basic Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance engineering with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks
Practical experience implementing or developing with generative AI tools in either development or quality assurance contexts

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
