Job Description Summary:

The Sr. Compensation Consultant is responsible for formulating working partnerships with HR business partners (HRBPs) and business leaders. The goal of partnerships is to deliver value-added compensation services that generate business results. The Sr. Compensation Consultant reports to the Director of Compensation and has no budget or supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Ensuring system-wide alignment of compensation processes, practices, and programs. Serving as an expert to ensure compensation compliance, while acting as a change-agent within the business environment. Anticipating and recommending effective pay practices that align with business unit strategy. Using market data and measurable analytics to make compensation recommendations.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Maintaining an integrated approach with compensation team members to ensure a consistent and effective method of pay delivery system-wide. Serving as the expert compensation resource and point of contact for all areas of HR, related to the business area supported. Analyzing opportunities for improved compensation practices and procedures to manage employee engagement more effectively. Evaluating and translating improvements into actionable programs. Conducting job analysis and completing evaluations using market data and established internal evaluation systems. Benchmarking best practices and staying abreast of compensation trends. Understanding future compensation requirements as they relate to organizational effectiveness. Completing special projects under the direction of the compensation director.

Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management (Required)
