Job Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our client during after-hours and weekend operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is comfortable managing critical tasks outside of traditional business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle after-hours client and agent requests promptly and professionally
  • Draft real estate documents and assist with transaction coordination tasks
  • Support MLS listing input and updates, when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with relevant parties
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with real estate transaction protocols

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination is required
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate documentation, and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours

Additional Requirements:

  • Can commit to work for 20 hrs during weekdays and 16 hrs on weekends
    • 4 hours M-F (5:30 PM - 9:30 PM) 8 hours Sat - Sun (time cst)
  • Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday & weekends
  • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
  • Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
  • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
  • Dual monitor is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
