This is a remote position.

Client is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support the Digital Shared Services project. This initiative aims to transform and enhance healthcare delivery across Manitoba through the implementation of integrated digital solutions.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis
Prosci Change Management Certification
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

Requirement:

10+ years as a business analyst in healthcare, working with clinical staff to improve workflows and systems.
1+ year implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
5+ years leading software testing, including test plans, estimates, and test cases.
3+ years designing and implementing HL7 standard interfaces.
3+ years implementing software for homecare client registration and clinical documentation.
1+ year implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
