Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate air conditioning materials take-offs for single-storey builder jobs using Plandroid.
Transfer materials take-offs to Simpro for order processing.
Estimate heat loads and create basic designs for ducted and wall split air conditioning systems using Plandroid.
Price and quote single-storey builder requests based on existing contracts and pre-determined margins.
Assist the sales team with estimating and quoting as needed.

Requirements

Experience:

Experience in the residential building industry preferred.
Familiarity with Simpro and Plandroid is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of air conditioning and trade environments is preferred.

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of ducted air conditioning systems.
