The PM (Performance Manager) serves as a strategic partner to high-value clients, providing oversight and direction for performance marketing activities. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, aligning campaign strategies with business goals, and ensuring the execution team delivers results that meet or exceed agreed-upon KPIs. The PM is not only a strategic leader and client advocate, but also brings the technical acumen to oversee, audit, and interpret platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns managed by channel specialists.
Lead regular performance reviews with clients, presenting insights, progress against goals, and recommendations for improvement.
Define and track KPIs in collaboration with clients, ensuring all activities are aligned with desired outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign quality, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices.
Provide escalation support and problem-solving for any issues impacting campaign performance.
Maintain active certifications in major platforms such as Google Ads and Meta to ensure up-to-date knowledge of best practices and platform changes.
Conduct and interpret platform audits, search query reports, and routine health checks to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Review and analyze campaign data, ensuring data-driven recommendations and transparency in performance.
Act as a point of contact for client communication, expectation setting, and strategic guidance.

Proven experience managing end-to-end brand campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
Skilled in leveraging platform tools to conduct audits, pull search query reports, and perform regular health checks to ensure campaigns meet or exceed key performance indicators and brand objectives.
Holds active certifications in Google Ads and Meta, demonstrating up-to-date expertise in best practices and platform capabilities
