What are we looking for in our Operation Manager - Contact center?

Title: Operation Manager - Contact center

Location: Atlanta GA or Plano TX - Hybrid (3days a week)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibility of extension.

Rate: $45-$50/hr. on W2 DOE

Job description:

Coordinate, monitor, and develop programs for Risk Operations Contact Center. This role will partner with many cross functional teams to improve our Contact Center operations with a specific focus on metrics, process efficiencies, and customer experience. In this role, you must be comfortable taking on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, this role will change over time and require an agile approach and being able to thrive with changing priorities. This role focuses on understanding, managing, and enhancing the systems, tools, and processes within our Risk Operations organization to elevate our customer experience.
