Role Overview

PURPOSE OF JOB

The Operations Analyst at SALI is mainly responsible for preparing, processing, and documenting wire activity as instructed by our clients in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities And Duties

Process investment fund subscription, redemptions, and documentation.
Process limited partner investment and redemptions according to fund terms.
Assist with investment tracking and compliance.
Help set up and maintain a data portal for customers.
Help maintain data in Salesforce.
Participate in team projects, assignments, and team responsibilities such as continual process improvement and strengthening of business controls.

Essential Requirements

4-year college degree.
Strong attention to detail required.
Broad range understanding of financial or investment services.
2+ years professional work experience.
Must work effectively in a team environment.
Strong quantitative skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Fund administration, RIA, financial brokerage firm or banking experience preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities, assignments, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent PC-related skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook or other applications) a necessity.
Shows initiative, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and desire to learn.
