The PCU Staff Attorney will represent indigent clients across Colorado in postconviction matters, where the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) has declared a conflict of interest. The Staff Attorney will lead interdisciplinary teams, employing client-centered best practices. This role is ideal for advocates excited to provide excellent postconviction representation to our clients and approach the legal system through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
