Description

SAIC is seeking a Deputy Business Lead with experience in business management, contracts, and subcontracts, to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team.

PNT SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise (SME) support to the US Space Force. As a member of our PNT SE&I Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with Government personnel and systems engineers to manage the financial planning, tracking, and reporting as well as supporting business processes and operations. Major duties of this position include

Duties

  • Management and review of the program finances required to meet or exceed performance work statement (PWS) requirements for technical, schedule, cost, and quality performance.
  • Lead budget planning and execution tracking, finance deliveries.
  • Support corporate In Progress Reviews (IPR) and internal program team Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews.
  • Support business development efforts to identify opportunities for growth and support to contract re-compete activities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage corporate staff, processes or tools and ensure the proper collection of metrics to measure execution effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of demonstrated experience.
  • 7 years of experience in leading primary business efforts, with 3 years of experience supporting the overall business management for DoD, other Government Agencies, or commercial programs.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
  • Experience in overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
