Chief of Staff (Manager Assistant), Operational Risk Management (ORM)

Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization, and oversees risk ownership throughout business units, products, and processes. 

objective of the ORM Governance team is to develop, oversee and strengthen the organization’s ORM framework to ensure that governance structures, policies, and procedures are robust, effective, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices. 

Governance is looking for a Chief of Staff (Manager Assistant) to support the global Governance team by contributing to planning, team management and strategic initiatives, in addition to strong management and partnership support to the VP, Governance and their leadership team. 

cumbent will be a key member of the ORM Governance leadership team and will play a key role in shaping strategies across the organization and driving results. They will be expected to provide thought and executional leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent management, strategic priorities and goals. They will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of strategic, analytic, engagement and communications initiatives and have manage strong relationships with the ORM Governance Leadership Team and key stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:
