What You’ll Be Contributing:

In this role, you will be a key expert on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and participate in full Agile development cycles. You will design and implement customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand our CRM platform, driving innovative solutions that improve customer engagement, sales processes, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Contributing

• Participate in full Agile development cycles, including iteration planning, execution and delivery;
• Design and implement customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions according to business requirements;
• Design and develop Microsoft Power Pages portal and custom functionalities;
• Create, configure and optimize Dynamics CRM forms, entities, fields, views, workflows, integrations and develop plugins;
• Mitigate and upgrade Dynamics CRM solutions, including transitions from on-premises to cloud environments;
• Develop integrations with other Hypertec systems, including SAP Business One (ERP), Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and APIs;
• Automate CD/CD pipelines for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps, Git and PowerShell scripts;
• Conduct unit testing, defect resolution and deployment activities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM solutions with business objectives;
• Support training sessions for end-users to ensure smoot adoption of CRM solutions;
• Develop and update comprehensive documentation for all new customizations and features.

What Sets You Apart:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered;
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer with strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dataverse;
• Knowledge of CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules;
• Experience with Dynamics CRM migrations from on-premises to cloud environment;
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, and CSS for customization, plugin development and front-end enhancements;
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and automation tools like Azure DevOps and PowerShell;
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps and APIs;
• Strong SQL and relational database management skills;
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills;
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are an asset;
• The desire to make a difference within a dynamic team
