Our client, a leading credit fund in New York City, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join their Investor Relations & Business Development team. This individual will support multiple strategies through RFP/DDQ preparation, CRM management, roadshow coordination, and investor materials. The role also involves market research, LP targeting, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking.The firm values internal growth, with a strong track record of promotions. They offer a flexible hybrid schedule, unlimited PTO, and two weeks per year to work remotely from anywhere.

Job Function

Prepare client presentations, RFPs/RFIs, DDQs, investor reports, and pitchbooks.
Support investor prospecting, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and roadshow coordination.
Maintain investor lists and track meetings, follow-ups, and activity in DealCloud
Monitor industry trends and macro data to support client messaging.
Conduct competitor and market research to aid business development efforts.

Job Requirements

2-6 years of professional experience.
Preferred background in investor relations or business development within a private equity or private credit investment firm.
Experience in investment banking, capital markets, or asset management is also valuable.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce; experience with DealCloud is a plus.
