The Role
You will be responsible for the end:to:end marketing of a diverse range of events : from exclusive peer roundtables to large:scale conferences. We need a sharp, strategic thinker who understands what makes an audience tick and how to inspire action through compelling campaigns.
Develop and execute high:impact marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement
Craft powerful messaging that positions our events as must:attend for CEOs and Founders
Manage multichannel campaigns across email, paid media, content, partnerships, and social
Work closely with external event partners and internal sales/membership teams for seamless execution
Use data and insights to continuously optimise performance and grow our audience
Leverage content and storytelling to build trust, credibility, and connection with our community
Experience
Proven experience in event marketing with a track record of delivering results
Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored to a senior business audience
Strong grasp of digital tools : HubSpot, email marketing, social, and paid media
Data:savvy approach to campaign testing, tracking, and optimisation
Comfortable working cross:functionally and independently in a fast:moving environment
