Our client, a rapidly growing Alternative Credit platform managing over $6B in AUM, is looking to add a CLO Operations/Reporting professional to their experienced team in NY. This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring 4 days in-office and 1 day of flexible work-from-home, along with excellent benefits.

Job Function

Build compliance models using POC and draft indentures.
Communicate directly with senior management to explain compliance test details.
Complete daily assignments and reconciliations.
Contribute to all aspects of monthly reporting.
Assist in the closing process and effective date procedures.
Reconcile quarterly cash waterfalls.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in CLO Operations and/or Reporting.
Ability to read and interpret indentures.
