About The Role
We are seeking a Mortgage Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strategic marketing campaigns, data analysis, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a mortgage-savvy marketer who understands the industry and can leverage technology to create impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
✔ 2+ years of experience in the mortgage and marketing industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination, and industry trends.
✔ Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot and other digital tools.
✔ Skilled in data analysis to assess marketing performance and ROI.
✔ Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Selection Process
✔ Initial phone conversation with our Recruiter.
✔ Complete an assessment.
✔ Testing.
✔ Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
✔ Testing.
✔ Final interview with the CEO.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the mortgage industry.
- Utilize HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation tools to nurture leads.
- Analyze data to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with loan officers and business development teams to drive revenue.
- Stay up to date with mortgage trends and implement innovative marketing tactics.
- Support loan origination efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
✔ 2+ years of experience in the mortgage and marketing industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination, and industry trends.
✔ Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot and other digital tools.
✔ Skilled in data analysis to assess marketing performance and ROI.
✔ Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

TRAINING:
- Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm**
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm**
- Closed Sundays and Holidays**
- W-2 only**
- Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position**
