About the role


How is the success of a person in this role defined?


The success of the Content Specialist role is measured not only by the quality of the content created but also by its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams that rely on that information. It becomes a key facilitator in the organization’s Enablement strategy by successfully organizing and centralizing all relevant materials in an accessible system (Mindtickle), allowing teams to quickly find the information they need without confusion. This is coupled with the implementation of a regular review process for content updates, ensuring that all information is current and reflects the latest features and product changes.



What is the impact and scope of this position?


  1. Cross-Department Collaboration: The Content Specialist will work closely with multiple areas (Distribution Block), such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales, ensuring that the content is relevant for all departments and remains aligned with the company's objectives.


  1. Influence on the Enablement Strategy: The position has a direct impact on the organization’s Enablement strategy, helping to define and execute how information is presented and how teams are trained to maximize their effectiveness.


  1. Adaptation to Market Changes: Staying attuned to market trends and the changing needs of customers, adapting content accordingly to maintain the company's competitiveness.


In this role you will


¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades de este rol?

  • Content Centralization: Organize and centralize all content related to our SaaS products, including training materials, user guides, Sales Deck, Industries Deck, One Pager,  and marketing collateral.
  • Content Updates: Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance, reflecting the latest product features and enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to gather insights and feedback for content improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for future content development.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets company standards for quality, consistency, and branding.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of content updates and changes for internal reference.
  • Training Support: Assist in the development of training programs and materials for internal stakeholders to facilitate effective use of content.



Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content analysis, management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ENG & SP)
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
