What You’ll Do Here

  • Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our CRM and Sales App
  • Responding to inbound clients via messaging in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple text conversations concurrently 
  • Manage rebuttals and push-back from clients
  • Moving clients down the sales funnel to schedule a meeting with agents and investors
  • Navigate internal and external Applications
  • Report issues and blockers to management

You Have

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in responding to inbound clients or chat support
  • Demonstrates high level of proficiency in English and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to engage with customers and provide consultative approach in a sales environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and Google Suite
  • Work schedule is from 9am to 6pm US EST - may change depending on lead volume

This is a permanent WFH set-up from the Philippines.
