Job description

Remote School-Based Occupational Therapist – Minnesota Licensed

At MIYO Health (formerly TeleTeachers), we believe communication and learning are basic human rights. Every day, children go without the therapy they need to thrive — and we’re not okay with that. Our mission is bold, our team is passionate, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an impact-driven, remote Occupational Therapist to join us in supporting students across Minnesota. We need YOU.

We’re a startup with big ideas and even bigger hearts. That means we’re small, nimble, creative, and laser-focused on making a difference. We love a challenge, we work hard, and we’re hungry to help our clients succeed. If you’re passionate about student outcomes and excited to be part of something bigger than yourself, we’d love to meet you.

As a remote member of the MIYO Health team, you’ll provide virtual, school-based occupational therapy services with the support, resources, and community we’ve built for therapists across the country.

Position Details:

  • Location: Fully remote — serve students in Minnesota
  • Schedule: full time school hours (2025–2026 school year)
  • Caseload: School-based (public school district assignments)

  • Experience designing and implementing OT treatment plans aligned with IEPs and 504 plans
  • Proficient in conducting virtual assessments, attending IEP meetings, and collaborating with school teams remotely
  • Ability to complete all documentation including evaluations, IEPs, progress reports, and Medicaid billing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Tech-savvy, organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
