You are a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about optimizing marketing performance and driving growth across multiple channels. You excel at analyzing key performance indicators and identifying actionable insights and have experience translating business strategies into effective marketing tactics. You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can collaborate cross functionally and continuously optimize marketing efforts to support company goals.

What You'll Do

Analyze and track upper and lower funnel KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.

Assess marketing channel performance with respect to the forecast, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Identify opportunities for optimization across different marketing channels to drive growth in TFA (Total Financial Applications) originations.

Develop and recommend strategies to improve the efficiency and performance of marketing campaigns and channels.

Build detailed roadmaps for new marketing tactics and initiatives designed to grow channel performance.

Work closely with business strategy teams to ensure marketing tactics align with broader company goals and objectives.

Partner with finance teams on budgeting and resource allocation to ensure marketing performance goals are met.

Collaborate with marketing channel managers, business strategy leaders, credit partners and other teams to align tactics and strategies.

Act as the bridge between the business strategy and marketing execution, ensuring clarity in how marketing efforts support overarching company objectives.

Lead performance measurement efforts and establish marketing guardrails to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across campaigns and channels.

Contribute to strategic initiatives, particularly in development of go-to-market strategies for key products, such as debt consolidation.

Ensure alignment between marketing and business strategies to support key initiatives.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, business strategy, or related field.

Proven track record of working with upper and lower funnel KPIs and forecasting in a marketing context.

Experience in developing roadmaps and actionable marketing tactics.

Strong experience with data analytics, including proficiency in SQL.

Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing tactics and KPIs.

Ability to adapt and grow beyond initial performance measurement responsibilities into broader strategic roles.

Strong project management and organization skills.

Experience in the financial services industry.
