Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours/week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile and driven Marketing & Sales Support Administrator to support both our marketing initiatives and sales operations. You’ll work closely with account managers and technical teams, using advanced CRM tools and AI-powered platforms to streamline workflows, engage clients, and contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup setting, is tech-savvy, and excels at both creative and operational tasks.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support for sales and marketing processes

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems such as HubSpot and Follow Up Boss

  • Support lead generation, appointment setting, and client follow-up

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for digital channels and social media

  • Produce training materials and tutorials using tools like Loom

  • Help develop and implement AI-driven sales and marketing workflows

  • Maintain and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and vendors

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in internal processes




Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in CRM platforms, especially HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of B2B client communication and sales cycles

  • Demonstrated experience with social media and digital marketing tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms

  • Technically proficient and quick to learn new systems

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Comfortable using collaboration tools like Slack, Loom, and Vonage
