This is a remote position.


Are you a confident communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven B2B Appointment Setter to connect with potential business clients—including schools, nonprofits, and churches—and spark interest in our top-tier sign services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Scope

  • 8am-5pm Virginia, USA Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 1 hr unpaid break 
Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential new business customers like schools, nonprofits, churches, etc. to generate interest in the company’s sign services
  • Handling incoming customer service inquiries
  • Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system.
  • Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria.
  • Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
  • Handle objections and provide information to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.


Requirements
  • Sales or appointment setting experience in a B2B account is a must.
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE​
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in telemarketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections.
