US Human Resource Generalist (WFH | Night-Shift)

We’re PeoplePartners, and we’re hiring on behalf of one of our amazing clients—a fast-growing company that’s deeply committed to doing things right when it comes to people. They’re building solid foundations in performance, pay, and internal communications—and need a smart, proactive US Human Resource Generalist to join their remote team.

About the Role

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill HR admin role. You’ll be the driving force behind core HR functions—from creating comp structures to designing newsletters and coordinating internal reviews.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage employee performance review systems.
  • Draft job ads, manage candidate flows, and support recruitment.
  • Help document pay bands and career progression pathways.
  • Keep the internal newsletter fresh and relevant.
  • Manage the HR inbox and route inquiries efficiently.


Requirements
About YOU
  • You’ve got 2+ years of HR coordination or support experience.
  • You’re an organizational whiz with a flair for communication.
  • You thrive on structure and clarity (hello, policy docs and org charts!).
  • Tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and even Ninety.io? All in your wheelhouse.

  • You’ve worked in HR support roles where you made things better—more efficient, more human.
  • You’ve probably helped launch a new HR initiative or two.
