EDC Programmer – Medidata Rave

The EDC Programmer role is a great opportunity to work within our sponsor dedicated department and have this unique relationship with a sponsor. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of solutions to global technical services issues and concerns regarding EDC tools like Medidata RAVE.

Your responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of clinical solutions for EDC tools (e.g., Medidata Rave) and SAS programming issues.
Proactively learn and support programming, setup, and maintenance of clinical/safety databases (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform) and SAS programming.
Assist with database design, EDC/SAS edit checks, listings, and reporting using tools like SAS, Cognos, Business Objects, and R.
Develop and maintain SAS programs for dataset creation, CRF annotations, and CDISC-compliant mapping specifications.
Import and transform external data into SAS or Excel for review and reconciliation purposes.

Your profile

University / college degree (life sciences, health sciences, information technology or related subjects preferred)
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Relevant work experience to include data management and database support: EDC systems programming or SAS programming.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of clinical trial process and data management, biometrics, and systems applications to support operations preferred
