Role Overview:

We are seeking a purpose-driven visionary as Senior Vice President/Vice President of Ambient Speech and Clinical Documentation Product to lead the design and roadmaping of cutting-edge speech recognition, clinical documentation, and AI-driven technologies for healthcare enterprises.  This role is central to our mission of simplifying workflows, reducing clinician burden, improving operational efficiency, and improving patient experiences through the best combination of technology-lead, human-in-the-loop products and services. 

You will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and launch of products that leverage ambient speech technologies and enhance clinical documentation workflows. This includes technologies like Generative AI, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice-powered interactions with Clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion Innovation: Drive AI-enabled speech technology that enhances patient-clinical interactions while ensuring an intuitive, human-centered experience.

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision for ambient speech technologies and workflows in healthcare, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Advance Healthcare Speech Intelligence: Guide the evolution of natural language processing (NLP), automation, and ambient documentation tailored for the healthcare environment.

Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and align the product roadmap with the company's strategic goals.

Marketing Plan: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create a comprehensive calendar and plan of events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical, and design teams to ensure seamless feature development and delivery.

Integrate AI Seamlessly into Care: Ensure products are clinically relevant, compliant with HIPAA, and designed for seamless integration into EHRs and clinician workflows.

Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the Healthtecg sector, and develop go-to-market strategies for speech-enabled clinical documentation workflows.

Product Lifecycle Management: Drive innovation from ideation to implementation, ensuring continuous improvements based on user feedback.

 Required Qualifications: 

Education: Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong record of driving feature development in Healthtech. 

Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management or Healthtech are desirable. 

Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources for product development.  

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.  

Global: Experience working in a global organization preferred.
