About the role

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll be a catalyst for cross-functional success, unblocking challenges and leading peers to find success together. You'll use data analysis and business intelligence tools to facilitate stronger alignment and decision-making. This role offers unique exposure to all aspects of our business while providing opportunities to lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence Paxos' strategic direction and operational success.

About you

7+ years of experience in business operations or data analytics roles with a proven track record of driving improved outcomes
Excellence in translating analysis into actionable decisions and following through to successful implementation
Excellence in distilling complex issues to their essential components and bringing others up to speed on what matters most
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
Strong proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, SQL and data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
Knowledge of financial services or blockchain technology is a plus

Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:

$141,069—$165,964 USD
