Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health counseling to individuals dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. This is a telehealth position offering flexibility, support, and a rewarding opportunity to help clients navigate life’s challenges from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients (individuals, adults, adolescents)
• Create and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Participate in case consultations and virtual team meetings
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times
  

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of California (required)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth systems
