Job Summary:The Infor LN Manufacturing Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the manufacturing modules of the Infor LN ERP system. This role requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to align these processes with ERP functionalities to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the implementation and configuration of the manufacturing modules within the Infor LN ERP system.
Customize the system to meet manufacturing requirements and ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configuration and processes.
System Maintenance and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the manufacturing modules in the Infor LN ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes within the ERP system.
Coordinate with Infor support and other third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to understand and analyze manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the manufacturing domain.
Translate manufacturing requirements into functional specifications for the ERP system.
Training and Development:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on the manufacturing modules.
Ensure users are proficient in using the manufacturing functionalities of the Infor LN ERP system.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users in the manufacturing domain.
Project Management:
Manage manufacturing-related ERP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience with Infor LN ERP system implementation and support, specifically in the manufacturing domain.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management experience is a plus.
Infor LN certification is a plus.
