Schedule:

  • Saturday 11 am -7 pm - Sunday 10 am -6 pm - Monday - Wednesday 12pm -8 pm, Henderson, NV time

Job Description

Take the helm of an emerging sales operation where you’ll build and lead a high-performing remote outbound calling team. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for outbound calling specialists
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of 2-5 remote sales professionals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve team performance metrics
  • Oversee daily operations including call quality monitoring and performance coaching
  • Drive continuous improvement in team performance and conversion rates
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure effective utilization of Go High Level CRM across the team
  • Develop and optimize calling strategies for both lead follow-up and missed appointment recovery


Requirements

  • 3+ years of call center or telemarketing team management experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Go High Level CRM or similar systems
  • Outstanding leadership and team development capabilities
  • Expert-level English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization
  • Remote team management experience
  • Ability to work independently while driving team results
