Key responsibilities:

  • Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with management regarding employee leave and absences.
  • Manage the rostering process, including creating schedules and implementing them in Elmo.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Job description

• Review, correct, and approve timesheets in Elmo
• Communicate with managers to resolve timesheet discrepancies
• Coordinate with team members and management regarding leave and absences
• Manage factory rostering, including processing leave requests, creating draft schedules, consulting with management for approval, and implementing rosters in Elmo
• Perform various administrative tasks as required
