US Administrative Assistant (Sales/Operations/Finance/QA Support) | (Night-Shift - Remote)

At PeoplePartners, we’re on the hunt for a savvy US Administrative Assistant to support one of our favorite clients—a fast-growing food company shaking things up in Sales, Operations, Finance, and QA. You’ll help keep the gears turning behind the scenes, making a tangible impact from day one.

About the Role

This isn’t your average admin job. You’ll be the go-to for keeping data organized, processes smooth, and reports accurate. If juggling Google Sheets, ClickUp, and the occasional AI prompt (hello, ChatGPT!) sounds like your kind of fun, keep reading.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain sales data, spreadsheets, Airtable databases, and client records with precision.
  • Prepare and organize support documentation for multiple teams, including Sales Ops and Finance.
  • Handle data entry, file management, and order tracking with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar and email management, and overall team coordination.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting and quality assurance documentation.
  • Collaborate virtually with a dynamic, US-based team using tools like ClickUp and Front.
