We are looking for an Advisor Marketing Lead who will play a key role in enhancing our offerings, driving performance analysis, and building future-ready tactics. This role is critical in data analysis, overseeing support tickets, creating comprehensive documentation, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the Advisor Marketing Lead will operate as a champion in gathering feedback from our financial advisors to make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

This is a fully remote position.
 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. Primary Job Functions
 

Innovate & Optimize Offerings

  • Ensure offerings align with corporate marketing initiatives and that we are prepared and able to drive cohesive and impactful strategies with scale in mind

  • Research and develop scalable improvements in people, processes, and technology

  • Through surveys, advisor marketing team data and advisor feedback, ensure team is meeting and exceeding performance standards. Make recommendations where relevant 

  • Analyze and optimize organic growth metrics and provide actionable insights and regular reports to leadership

  • Innovate and enhance offerings to meet the evolving needs of the company and industry best practices

  • Assist with creation of case studies, lookbooks and presentations to highlight advisor team successes, and the value of our support.  

Support & Documentation

  • Oversee Salesforce campaign set up and support ticket response, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions

  • Build and maintain clear, accessible documentation on the intranet and streamline internal processes

  • Define, create, and iterate process documents to ensure optimal speed and quality of services

  • Quickly address and resolve barriers to growth by connecting advisor teams with the right corporate resources

Advisor Engagement:

  • Foster strong relationships with financial advisors, showcasing success stories, look books and best practices

  • Conduct advisor surveys to gather valuable feedback and make strategic recommendations for enhancing our offerings
     

Team Collaboration and Future Growth

  • Partner with colleagues in Marketing and other corporate departments to optimize processes and support the firm’s rapid growth Actively participate in

  • Organic Growth team meetings and events, sharing results and growth initiatives

  • Serve as a collaborative partner, ready to assist with tasks beyond the usual scope as needed

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, graphic design, or related field

  • 4 years' professional design experience

  • Conceptual, original, and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent design skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud required

  • Financial services (or other heavily regulated industry) marketing experience preferred

  • Experience working with a marketing automation platform (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead level is $87,400 to 131,100.
