Job Summary:
The Director of Aftermarket Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and advancing multiple service teams that support vehicle upfit customers after new vehicle production. This position plays a critical role in bringing operational discipline, financial accountability, and strategic vision to a complex and fast-moving area of our business.

This role provides leadership across a diverse set of functions, including a Mobile Field Service team responsible for in-field service and repair, a Parts Sales team managing the identification and fulfillment of replacement parts for customers and repair partners, a Warranty Support team handling customer claims for upfit vehicles still under coverage, and the Holman Transport team which coordinates and executes the nationwide delivery of vehicles to end-user customers. The Director is expected to drive consistency, improve service efficiency, and align these teams under a shared vision of excellence and growth.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required, Master’s preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 8+ years’ industry experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
  • Automotive experience is extremely helpful.
  • Knowledge and skill of reading electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics preferred
  • Ability to work off a diagram on all work equipment preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $145,790.00 - $229,625.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
