Purpose of Role: We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in crafting and delivering standout content across our digital platforms, from our website and social media to email campaigns and video. This role blends creative flair with sharp execution, ensuring our brand voice stays strong while driving key goals like strategic account engagement, lead generation, and customer advocacy.

You’ll be the driving force behind our digital strategy, fine-tuning campaigns, boosting engagement, and elevating the overall online experience. From account-based marketing and email automation to SEO and website optimisation, you’ll ensure every digital touchpoint hits the mark and delivers real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing channels: Overseeing SEO efforts, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram) to grow our brand, spark engagement, and empower our experts to shine online.
• Own and evolve our website strategy: Shaping a best-in-class digital experience that’s intuitive, informative, and aligned with our brand and business goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the website supports campaigns, product launches, and the customer journey.
• Implement targeted, personalised marketing campaigns: Designing and executing smart, scalable campaigns that nurture leads, support sales, and drive measurable results.
• Data analysis and reporting: You will optimise campaign performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• A digital champion: Able to take Senior Stakeholders on the digital journey, translating complex strategies into clear, actionable plans that align with business goals.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field , or the kind of experience that proves you know your stuff 
  • Proven expertise in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and campaign execution you know how to build buzz, launch with impact, and deliver results across media and promotional channels. 
  • Experienced in working remotely confident managing priorities, collaborating across time zones, and delivering results in a virtual-first environmen4
