Superlanet is seeking an Epic Professional Billing Analyst with Benefits Engine certification to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Epic’s Benefits Engine module. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate patient insurance eligibility, benefits verification, and billing processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to improve workflows and enhance revenue integrity. This role supports our healthcare client in Texas and is primarily remote, with occasional travel required.
Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic Benefits Engine module to support accurate patient benefits verification and billing workflows.
Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify issues and develop effective solutions related to benefits and eligibility.
Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, new builds, and enhancements, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and workflow issues in the Benefits Engine module.
Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and departmental teams.
Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes
Epic Benefits Engine Certification (required).
Resolute PB Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing and Benefits Engine modules.
Strong understanding of insurance benefits verification, eligibility processes, and revenue cycle operations.
