Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production team members to report and communicate performance insights and campaign progress to clients.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships while uncovering new business opportunities.

Base + Unlimited, Ongoing Commission on your active business

As Digital Marketing Agency Sales Manager at Top Prospect Solutions 

( https://topprospectsolutions.com/ ), you’ll create/manage/optimize campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, increase conversions. 


HIGHLIGHTS

  • Identify target audiences, sell/close the business, and hand over campaigns to the production team

  • Sell delivery of full digital marketing services: web design, PPC advertising, SEO, social media management, marketing strategy

  • In-house effective strategies for Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta Ads, website builds/revisions, & package subscriptions

  • Full range of service offerings to deliver strategically, from door-opener services as low as $750 through full-package enterprise subscriptions into the tens of thousands of dollars

  • In collaboration with production team members, report & communicate regular performance reports/insights & campaign progress/results/recommendations with the goal of maintaining and growing client relationships/uncovering new opportunities



REQUIREMENTS

5 years’ Paid Advertising/Digital Media/Marketing with strong ROAS record PLUS:

  • Digital Marketing Sales Experience

  • Understanding of Google/Microsoft/GA4/Meta Ads, Facebook Pixel, emerging tools like CTV/TikTok with successful outcomes

  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Business Manager/Blueprint & data-driven decision-making

  • Working knowledge of PPC, bid management, conversion optimization

  • Re-marketing/targeting strategies

  • A/B testing & audience segmentation

  • Google or Meta Ads/Facebook Blueprint certs a +
