Job description

Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you will gain experience in a rotational internship covering finance, commercial management, and business operations. You will be responsible for assisting with business continuity planning, preparation of key financial planning reports, and activities around customer contracts and commercial reporting.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of annual financial planning processes

  • interact with key stakeholders such as Director of Operations, Director of Commercial Management and the Vice President, Operations and Finance

  • Run and distribute key reports around timesheet governance

  • Run historical account analysis details and prepare them for use in key financial dashboards

  • Review contracts to document financial impacting customer terms and streamline associated reporting

  • Test implementation of new dashboards and financial updates to key tools

  • Coordinate Request For Proposal (RFP) responses across various teams

  • Compile and organize business operations training material/resources

  • Assist in annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) review process

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Critical thinking and initiative

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $29.00
